Boca Grande Florida

Boca Grande is a hidden paradise with beautiful beaches, fine dining, shopping, and some of the best fishing in the world. Located on Gasparilla Island, this is truly a Florida treasure. 

The island is 7 miles long, with a bike path that replaced the old rail head extending the length. Iguana can be seen running through the tropical vegetation. The feeling here is one of a relaxed small town. 

The homes range from old Florida style to grand modern. The downtown area is a joy.  Home prices range from over $600,000 for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo to over $2,500,000 for a beachfront home.

 

There are a few residential building sites left but they are going quickly.
